Fru Fru brand owner Good People has launched its bonds on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) AeRO market, BVB announced in a press release.
This is the fourth issue of corporate bonds listed on the alternative trading system of the Bucharest Stock Exchange. In March the company drew RON 4.55 million by selling bonds with maturity of five years and a fixed interest rate of 9 percent per annum, payable quarterly.
“At first we had a group of fans who then turned into a movement. I want to congratulate the investors who are now part of this change we have brought into the world of food. The dream must go on,” stated Mihai Simiuc, CEO of Good People.
Within the offer for sale (private placement) were sold a total of 45.592 bonds at a nominal price of RON 100, being purchased by a number of 25 investors (one legal person and 24 private individuals).
The company was founded in 2005 under the name of Mondo di Pasta, which was changed in February 2016 to Good People for marketing reasons. In 2015 its turnover reached RON 17.5 million, almost double the one registered the year before (RON 9.9 million).
