Franklin Templeton to announce recommendation for second Fondul Proprietatea listing next week

Franklin Templeton, the investment manager and sole administrator of Fondul Proprietatea, will make a recommendation to the fund’s shareholders about a second listing of the fund next week. The initial deadline for this had been set for the end of June.

Franklin Templeton explained the need for a longer decision-making period with the many discussions with investment banks and reactions from institutional investors received during the three weeks of international road-show to publicize the fund.
