Francisca Hogescu-Lebrun has been named general manager of Xerox Romania since July, succeeding Gabriel Pantelimon at the company’s leadership. Gabriel Pantelimon, who has run Xerox operations in Romania since 2010 for eight years, will take over the position of general manager of the Xerox subsidiary in Turkey.
Over the past 11 years, Hogescu-Lebrun has held different positions within Xerox Romania. Thus, since 2007, he has been the customer service operations director for Xerox in Romania, coordinating all the post-sales activities of the company, from the development of the post-sales strategy to the management of the service partner network.
From 2014, as a global markets operations business director, Hogescu-Lebrun has been involved in coordinating and supervising the work of Xerox strategic partners in Romania, and since 2017 has led all of the indirect sales activity at national level. She joined Xerox in 2000 as a logistics manager for Romania, and in 2004 he was named regional logistics manager for the Central and Eastern Europe (Israel) and Turkey (CIT).
“I am glad that, like some of my predecessors, I take over the leadership of an organization I spent over a decade, which has always given me the opportunity to develop and develop it at the same time,” said Hogescu -Lebrun.
