Forte Partners completes EUR 19.5 million office building

Developer Forte Partners has completed an office building with a market value estimated at EUR 19.5 million. The boutique office building is located in the center of Bucharest, within walking distance of the Stefan cel Mare metro station.

„Right now we have în our portfolio a fully leased building, which was evaluated after completion at EUR 19.5, Forte Partners CEO and founder Geo Margescu said. „It is the first project finalized under the Forte Partners brand, a building that distinguishes itself through the architectural style and which will become a landmark in the area,” he added.

The business center was developed over two years. The office building is located at the crossroad of Stefan cel Mare and Tunari Street. The project covers over 11,000 square meters and has nice floors. The office offers 158 parking places.

Forte Partners was created in 2014 by a group of investors and is specialized in purchasing well-positioned plots of land to develop ‘state-of-the-art’ projects, sell them and reinvest the profit. Until now, the company has developed office buildings projects in Stefan cel Mare and The Bridge. Forte Partners if active in the office, retail and residential sectors.
