Robert Miklo, associate director of Investment Services at Colliers International, the real estate consultancy, is one of the key speakers of the fourth Foreign Investors Summit (FIS), the 3-day exclusive business event organized by Business Review between October 31 – November 2 in Bucharest.
Miklo will join the real estate panel in the second day of the summit, which focuses on the market trends and Romania’s capacity to attract new investors in the sector.
Colliers Internationals estimates that the Romanian transactions in the real estate sector stood at over EUR 400 million in the first semester, while the value of the market for the whole year could reach EUR 1 billion.
The consultancy has launched a new business line for the retail segment earlier this year and the company was named property manager for several office projects in the city.
High-level executives, entrepreneurs, officials and investors from the strongest foreign investment communities will gather for 3 days in Bucharest to talk about Romania’s economic outlook and the ways in which the country can attract valuable investments in the next years, while supporting the development of the private sector.
