First Romanian brain fitness platform to be used for personal development

Newsroom 20/12/2012 | 13:03

The first Romanian brain fitness platform was launched for those interested in personal development through brain-training exercises. Recent research studies performed by leading universities (Cornell University, Oregon University, University of California, etc.) have shown that brain fitness exercises (mental training) increase performance in problem-solving activities, decision making, learning, memory, concentration and also improve body’s immune response.

“Brain’s ability to generate new neurons and to “re-shape” itself is one of the great discoveries of Neuroscience. Mental training exercises lead to the stimulation of neuronal connectivity, thus having a direct impact on a better functioning of the brain and of the human body,” says Dr. Adina Chirita, Neuroimaging Specialist, Regina Maria Private HealthCare Network.

The platform offers information in both Romanian and English languages.
