EY Romania has appointed Ioana Mihai as corporate finance chief executive in the Transaction Advisory department, writes Wall-street.ro. Mihai has more than 18 years’ experience in Romania’s banking industry, having previously worked for BCR – Erste, Citigroup and ING Bank.
Within EY Romania, Mihai will manage the Corporate Finance team. Along with the Transaction Support and Valuation & Business Modeling teams, the three groups ensure the EY transactions support services portfolio.
Before taking over her new position at EY, Ioana Mihai founded and coordinated the Debt Capital Markets department for BCR. She is a graduate of ASE Bucuresti, International Relations faculty.
