EUR 23 million contract for a new office project from Comnord

Comnord Bucharest, company owned by Sorin Creteanu, is building a new office building for Proiect Bucuresti. The value of the contract is EUR 22.8 million, signed after an auction, according to wall-street.ro.

“Work on the project began last week and Comnord was selected general entrepreneur for the project, as a result of an auction. The project which includes three office building is due to be delivered by 2016”, according to Luminita Popescu, responsible for the project at Proiect Bucuresti.

The building complex will offer 22,000 square meters of leasable space, according to the Proiect Bucuresti representative. The terrain has a surface of 7,200 square meters,opening into Vasile Alecsandri, Caderea Bastiliei and Constantin Daniel.

Proiect Bucuresti was taken over in 2007 by a group of Romanian and foreign investors, through the company Bantisco Holdings. In 2012, the company registered a turnover of RON 15.3 million.
