Erste Group Immorent launches as Erste Group property financing and development unit

Erste Group is launching Erste Group Immorent as the group’s central unit for property financing and development projects. The unit will be made up of Erste Group AG, Erste Group Bank AG, and the branches for CEE and SEE. The unit is seen as an umbrella-type of organization for the real estate services of Immorent AG, Erste Group Bank and their branches in CEE and SEE. Services offered cover crediting, leasing, investment, project development, construction services and infrastructure projects.
