Entersoft has announced the completion of a deal for the acquisition of Pocketbiz Mobile, the Enterprise Mobility division of SiEBEN. The transaction is expected to increase Entersoft’s revenues by 2 percent. The total price for the acquisition was EUR 1.39 million, to be paid in three installments over the next 18 months.
Through this transaction, Entersoft is strengthening its market share on the Enterprise mobile solutions market and marks an important point in the strategic partnership between the two companies.
The acquisition will expand Entersoft’s portfolio with brands like Frigoglass, Mars, Modeles, Numil, Pepsico, Papado Poulou, Ion, Elgeka, Creta Farm, Kri-Kri, Nikas, Jotis, Papastratos, Druckfarben, Avon Cosmetics and many more. At the same time, it strengthens its position in markets like Romania, Hungary, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Bulgaria, Serbia and Russia.
By acquiring Pocketbiz, Entersoft adds Android apps to its existing portfolio of apps created for Apple iOS and Windows 10.
According to the deal, SiEBEN will transfer all intellectual property rights of Pocketbiz Mobile, its division, trademarks and all software products to Entersoft, while SiEBEN will leave the market of apps for medium-sized and large companies but will keep the right to develop new cloud mobile apps for small and micro businesses if the opportunity arises.
In Romania, Entersoft is currently one of the few suppliers of a completely integrated solution for ERP, CRM, SFA, Retail, WMS, Document Management – very useful for companies in development and departments of large corporations.
