Endava doubles its number of employees within one year. See where it makes recruitments

Endava intends to double its number of employees, by hiring over 350 people within a year, which will see the company reaching a national team of more than 650 employees.

 Most employments will take place in Iasi, where 200 more people will be added to the roster by next year, and starting with February 1, one more story of office space will be rented in Palas Business Center.

 “In parallel with the recruitment and training programs, we are developing investments in infrastructure with the aim of having more office space available in Romania, up to over 5,000 square meters, rent spaces in premium locations and state-of-the-art IT equipments” said Marian Popa, Managing Director for Endava Central and Eastern Europe.

 In Bucharest, 100 more people will be hired by July 2012. In Cluj, Endava will hire another 60 people by April 2012.  

 The company is at the moment rolling an employment strategy with the aim of exceeding 1,000 employees overall by the end of June 2012.

 Endava has offices in Cluj-Napoca (the largest office with over 180 employees working in two HQs), Iasi (the second largest office, with over 120 employees) and Bucharest (a center of regional coordination and consultancy with 10 employees), and at the moment a total number of 310 people.

 Endava also has offices in The Moldova Republic where there are approximately 200 employees.

Other than the Romanian offices, Endava is also present in Great Britain (London and Wallingford) and in the United States (at New York).
