IT&C online retailer eMag launched a new identity for its site after a rebranding process made together with the consultants of Brandient.
“We are in the retail business with the highest growth potential and we needed a refresh of the brand and a very coherent and unitary communication strategy,” said Iulian Stanciu, eMag manager.
The new identity is represented first of all by the new logo that was redesigned and it will not be a fixed logo and will appear in a large number of variants, each adjusted to a certain situation or client.
“The idea of our partners from Brandient to take the customer experience up into the most important visual element of the brand, the eMag logo, appealed to us from the first second,” said Radu Apostolescu, marketing manager of eMAG.
The new site was conceived around the idea that anyone should find what they want as easy as possible. A larger space was reserved for publishing the opinion of clients about products since they weigh a great deal in the purchase decision.
“We are still developing a few projects that will soon add major functionalities, some are a first for the online commerce in our country,” said Radu Apostolescu.
