“The investment we have completed at Miroslava allows for both the improvement of customer services, and an increase in the distribution capacity, meeting one of the essential conditions for the social and economic development of the nearby area of Iasi, by allowing other consumers to connect to the electricity network,” said Marc-Daniel Buck, deputy GM at E.ON Romania. “In the current economic climate, E.ON Moldova Distributie is making efforts to continue the investment program begun after the privatization process and which includes the construction of new energy capacities and the rehabilitation and modernization of the existing ones.”
According to company information, three other transformation stations in Hirlau, Pascani and Iasi were also modernized this year.
