Romanian telecom operator RCS&RDS will launch the TV channel Digi 24, the first full-HD news channel in Romania, on March 1, announced the company.
The channel will broadcast news bulletins every hour, live transmissions of the main events of the day as well as talk-shows and several show formats made by the Digi TV team.
RCS&RDS owns generalist TV channel 10 TV, the sports TV channel Digi Sport, the Digi TV Info channel as well as two channels that broadcast movies, Digi Film 1 si Digi Film 2. The operator also acquired the U TV music channel as well as a stake in Music Channel.
