D&M Perfect Real Estate puts EUR 8 million in Bucharest Epoque Hotel

D&M Perfect Real Estate has invested EUR 8 million in Epoque Hotel, a Bucharest five-star hotel which is expected to open at the beginning of November. The hotel is located close to the Cismigiu park in downtown Bucharest and targets free independent travelers (FIT), having been developed as a luxury brand. The management of the hotel is provided by Trend Hospitality. The general manager of the hotel is Anthony Kuhnen, a former GM of Bucharest Howard Johnson hotel.

The hotel, which was built between 2007 and 2010, has a capacity of 45 apartments of 35 – 110 sqm each, and includes a spa as well.

Trend Hospitality is a strategic developer for the Wyndham Hotel Group brands in Romania, Bulgaria and the Republic of Molodova, and owns the exclusivity for Romania for developing and transforming the hotel properties under the following Wyndham brands: Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Ramada Worldwide, Ramada Encore, Days Inn, Super8.
