Costin Tudor appointed interim CEO of Posta Romana

The board of Posta Romana decided this Monday the appointment of  Costin Tudor as interim CEO of Posta Romana, according to the Ministry of Communications, the main shareholder of the company.

“This decision has been taken through the unanimous vote of the board members of Posta Romana,” said the Ministry.

Until now, Ovidiu Ioan Sacara, the vice-general director of Posta Romana, has taken over the lead of the company, after the resignation of Elena Petrascu. She was appointed in February general secretary of the Ministry of Transports.

Tudor is employed at the general secretary of the Government. He has a law degree at the University Bioterra in Bucharest and in engineering with major in „Machinery and installations for food manufacturing,” at Polytechnics University in Bucharest, according to his LinkedIn profile.

He works since July 2015 in public administration. During 2012-2014 he was project manager for European funds at the Mathematics Institute of Romanian Academy.

Also, during 2009-2013 he was director at SGG. Moreover, Tudor was director of Daniela Andreescu office, the head of SGG in Emil Boc government period.
