Cosmote Romania has a new sales and customer care division director

Starting this month, Mihai Barbut (41) assumed the position of sales and customer care division director of Cosmote Romania. He is taking over from Nikolaos Choumis who was appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Globul Bulgaria.

Barbut will be responsible for indirect sales, corporate sales and customer service units of Cosmote Romania, indirect sales for Germanos and Sales Operations Zapp.

He joined the company in 2008 as indirect sales department senior manager. Barbut has 14 years experience in telecommunications, in the area of direct and indirect sales, having worked in companies such as Orange and Telemobil. He graduated from the Technical University Gheorghe Asachi.
