Borbely Laszlo, Minister of Environment and UDMR (The Democratic Union of Hungarians in Romania) executive vice-president has declared on Wednesday that the Government will modify the emergency ordinance regarding copyright contributions. Thus, the employer will be the one making the declarations and payments, and no longer the employee.

“A normative act for the modification of the emergency ordinance and of the application norms has been discussed on a first reading, on Wednesday, in the Government’s meeting, and the document will enter the approval circuit these days and next week, the modifications will be adopted in a new meeting of the Executive”, declared Laszlo Borbely (in picture), as quoted by Mediafax.

Labor Minister Mihai Seitan has declared on Tuesday that the emergency ordinance will not suffer any modifications and that by the end of September, the on-line payment system is due to be finalized.
