The real estate consultancy company Colliers International was assigned by Piraeus Bank to offer property management services for the office project The Landmark, in the central area of the Capital.

With this new project, the Colliers International team strengthens its position on the office property management market, and the whole managed portfolio reaches a total of over 320,000 leasable sqm.

The Landmark comprises three buildings located in a well known office area of Bucharest, Central Business District, between Romana Square and Victoriei Square metro stations, and which benefit from access from four different streets: Vasile Alecsandri, Povernei, Constantin Daniel and Caderea Bastiliei. The gross leasable area of the three buildings reaches a total of approximately 22,000 sqm, extended on 7 floors and the basement streches on three levels and offers over 370 parking places. The office project was delivered at the end of 2016 and now has four tenants that occupy 60 percent of the overall surface of the buildings.

„Colliers International is in full process of extending and strengthening its managed portfolio, especially in as far as the office segment is concerned, and assuming the management of The Landmark represents an important step in this direction, as the total portfolio now stands at over 320,000 sqm. Moreover, as the new property manager, we aim to optimize the project’s performances, a project already valuable due to its location, concept and tenants,” said Stefania Baldovinescu, senior partner and director of the Real Estate Management Services department at Colliers International.

Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services team will provide full property management services, from tenant relationship management, to operational monitoring, financial services and ownership reporting.
