Close to 70 pct of Romanian medium, big companies to acquire meal cards

Almost 70 percent of medium and big companies from Romania intend to acquire meal cards, according to a study by GfK and Up Romania.

Up Romania made a satisfaction study of clients in 2017 through GfK Romania. The results show that the general satisfaction of clients and partners regarding the benefits of tickets in general and the products and services Up Romania, especially, increased in 2017 by 89 percent compared with 2016 on all segments, but especially on the awareness of benefits of meal cards.

„We are glad about the growing number of companies that discover the advantages of electronic meal tickets that come together with the benefits of digital areas, as well as interaction and fast information, virtualization and simplification,” said Elena Pap, director General Up Romania.

According to the study, the satisfaction level of the partners increased by 15 percent compared with 2016, reaching 80 percent in 2017.

A share of 96 percent of clients appreciate the easiness in making a ticket order and the variety of order manners, while 88 percent of clients appreciate the easiness of Up platforms usage.

The order for cards is made once at four years, and the monthly fill is made via an online platform Cheque Online, that is accessible to employers, partners and employees. The platform also allows the activation of block of the card.
