Ciprian-Sorin Vlad becomes the new general manager of Braiconf

Braiconf Braila textile producer announced that Dan Simionescu, chairman of the board of directors, general manager and manager of the company with 23 million lei capitalization, concluded amicably the mandates and will be replaced by Ciprian-Sorin Vlad.

Recently, Electroarges Curtea de Arges become the main shareholder of Braiconf with 60.5 percent of shares.

Stefan Constantin, chairman of Electroarges Curtea de Arges, a company with a capitalization of RON 86 million, was appointed president of Brainconf’s board of directors.

More tha that, Robert Zisu, general manager of Electroarges Curtea de Arges, was appointed administrator of Braiconf.

Braiconf’s market value is RON 26.44 million (around EUR 5.74 million), after the company’s shares have declined by 1.34 percent since the beginning of this year.
