Cinema City estimates to reach 300,000 spectators per month after multiplex opening in Arad

After the opening of a new Cinema City in Atrium mall in Arad in September, the estimate monthly number of spectators reached by the cinema chain will be of 300,000, informs New Age Media, the group’s advertising sales house. Ten new cinema halls have added to the group’s portfolio in Romania, also including cinema multiplexes in Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara, Iasi, Bacau and Pitesti. In 2009, over 1.5 million viewers attended the Cinema City halls, almost 30 percent of the national audience. For this year, an estimate of 6.7 million will be reached in cinema halls across Romania.
