Charger.ro, the first integrator of solutions and services for the green energy industry, ranging from charging stations for electric vehicles to photovoltaic systems and smart city solutions for individuals and companies, has completely reimagined the user experience on its online platform, placing emphasis on synthesizing information according to individual needs and interests of each user.

Currently, the platform offers specialized filtering functionality for the most wanted products on the platform, such as electric vehicle charging stations and photovoltaic panels, facilitating an online experience that promotes personalized, simple, and quick choices. Additionally, the platform now has the option to select the buyer’s profile – either an individual with green products for the home or for legal entities.

Thus, customers can filter various products based on specific needs – in the case of electric vehicle owners, finding the suitable product for their personal car, based on the car’s model, as well as the charging power which it is equipped with, along with the available power, everything based on the customer’s profile. For photovoltaic panels, customers can even choose whether they need a complete project, including everything from site visits, design, and analysis, to equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and even the paperwork for becoming a prosumer, or just an equipment kit.

“In addition, the filtering experience provided by the Charger.ro platform doesn’t just focus on the technical aspects of the products. It provides customers with extensive and relevant details to ensure that each choice is perfectly tailored to their needs. This way, users can quickly find an option that not only meets the technical requirements but also aligns with their personal preferences. This level of customization allows customers to identify products that are perfectly suited for their projects, whether it’s a residential or commercial installation. We have rethought this detailed and individually focused approach to strengthen Charger.ro’s commitment to providing a comprehensive and satisfying experience for all those interested in green energy solutions,” explains Iulia Dorobanțu, co-founder and CEO of Charger.ro.

The technical development was implemented in collaboration with Webmarc and Difrnt., making it a one-stop-shop with dedicated solutions, a complete portfolio of products from green technologies, installation services, maintenance, warranty, and personalized projects, catering to the needs of every customer, whether an individual or a company. A significant amount of Charger.ro’s investments this year went into the new platform, and new functionalities will soon be available on the website to further streamline the user experience.

In case the information for a future purchase is insufficient, the platform also offers automated and personalized assistance for each main domain. Through this, some Charger.ro technical expert addresses the customer with suitable suggestions after creating an individual profile, taking into account consumption habits and specific technical requirements. Moreover, the e-commerce platform includes an educational content zone called Energy-pedia, featuring case studies and specific information from the green energy sector.

Since their launch, Charger.ro has developed an extensive portfolio that includes over 50 manufacturers and service providers, applicable for companies, with a special focus on small and medium-sized ones, as well as individuals. The Charger.ro portfolio comprises more than 250 eco-friendly products, distributed across the company’s three main areas: electric vehicles, photovoltaic panels, and technologies for smart cities.
