Czech energy company CEZ has announced that has inked an additional document to its contract with EnergoNuclear which allows the company to sell its 9.12 percent participation to the other investors.
EnergoNuclear is a project company which handles the development of units 3 and 4 at nuclear power plant in Cernavoda.
CEZ decision was taken in order to concentrate investment in the Czech Republic and to develop its current international portfolio.
The company’s decision comes after a series of events which has blocked the second stage of the wind farm project Dobrogea area, a EUR 1.1 million investment.
