Footwear retailer CCC will buy 100 percent stake in Romanian company Shoe Express for EUR 33 million. The transaction will be conducted through CCC’ subsidiary CCC Shoes & Bags.
Shoe Express owned all local CCC-brand stores after purchasing them from Peeraj Brands International.
The company said it expects EBITDA to grow to over 650 million zlotys (USD 179.85 million) this year. In 2018, CCC revenues are expected to exceed 5 billion zlotys, with online sales expected to contribute 20 percent of total earnings this year.
Polish company CCC was founded in 1999 by Dariusz Milek and is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
