CBRE takes over leasing services for Willbrook Platinum Business Center

Real estate consultant CBRE is the new rental consultant for Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center, a complex that incorporates AAA green spaces offices and the largest private conference center in the country with a capacity of about 3,000 people.

The project is located in the Baneasa area of Bucharest and it was developed by British company Willbrook International.

Over the past 12 months, Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center has had an 40 percent occupation rate and CBRE representatives are in advanced discussions with more potential tenants.

CBRE brokered rental deals for approximately 7,000 sqm of office space, occupied by Pfizer Romania, Sarantis Romania, Impact Developer, and Samsung Romania. Leased areas range from 700 to 3,000 sqm and rental transactions include both relocations and renegotiations or contract extensions.

Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center is located on DN 1 in the northern part of the capital and occupies about 65,000 sqm, with a rental surface of approximately 44,000 sqm, disposed in two buildings, A and B.

Each building has five floors above ground, with an available floor space of 8,000 sqm, which can be arranged and divided according to the tenant’s needs. Offices benefit from a high natural light output due to the windows that cover the entire facade. The complex has 500 underground parking spaces and 350 underground parking spaces.

Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center has received LEED – Green Building (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for high quality building standards, sustainability and energy efficiency.

Willbrook Platinum Business & Convention Center’s current tenants include: Pfizer Romania, Samsung Romania, TNT, Realitatea TV, Technogym, Astellas Pharma, Green Cola, Halliburton, Tarkett, Theta (winner of the Glamor Trophy at The Most Office 2016 Gala who awarded the most spectacular office space in Romania), Flavors Food Design, Impact Developer, Carmistim and World Trade Oversize.
