CBRE snaps awards at SEE Europa Property Real Estate Gala

CBRE Romania’s triumph is a record of awards received in Central and Eastern Europe for the worldwide leader in real estate services

The firm won seven awards at SEE Europa Property Real Estate Gala that took place Thursday night, last week, at Radisson Hotel, in a ceremony that gathered top real estate developers, investors and market professionals from all over the Central and Eastern European region.

The jury of the 11th EuropaProperty`s SEE Real Estate Gala awarded CBRE with seven prizes: Office Agency of the Year, Industrial Agency of the year, Investment Agency of the Year, Retail Agency of the Year, Property Management Firm of the Year, Overall Company of the Year, and Professional of the Year for CBRE’ s managing director, Razvan Iorgu.

This number of prizes won by the team managed by Razvan Iorgu is also an undisputed record in the region, Romania being the sole country where CBRE won so many prizes at SEE Europa Property Real Estate Awards in 11 years.

CBRE CEE won recently the Property Management Company of the Year Award, during the 2016 CEEQA Gala (Central&Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards). This Prize rewards the work of a professional team of over 400 specialists in Asset Services, managing almost 266 properties and 2.6 million sqm all together.
