CBRE, the first real estate consultant in Romania to exceed EUR 10 million turnover after 2009

The real estate consultant CBRE is the first real estate consultant in Romania to exceed the EUR 10 million turnover threshold after 2009. At the end of 2017, the company registered business worth EUR 12.6 million, RON 57 million, and a profit of about EUR 1.5 million, almost RON 7 million.

The turnover of the company grew more than 33 percent compared to 2016, when the company reported business worth approximately EUR 9.5 million. The profit increased by 50 percent compared to 2016 when it stood at about EUR 1 million.

”CBRE’s growth is based on the integrated services we provide to our customers. We have over 200 professionals divided between the trading and consulting division (153 people) and facility management (66 people), representing the largest number of consultants, brokers and active valuers currently in the market real estate. These people are working for customers like Skanska, Vastint, Immofinanz, S Immo or CA Immo, Regus, ING or Honeywell, Deutsche Bank or Globalworth, CTP, WDP or CPI, are all successful businesses to which we contribute by taking over all the concerns of these customers,” said Razvan Iorgu, managing director of CBRE Romania.

According to the results of the year 2017, CBRE consolidates its position as a leader in real estate consulting companies, with top results in both brokerage / brokerage and property management, project management and evaluation.

CBRE has consolidated, in 2017, its new Facility Management division, through its subsidiary CBRE GWS Romania, which reached 66 employees and USD 2.5 million in turnover, with sales estimated for 2018 by USD 6 million.
