CB Richard Ellis appoints new managing director for Romania

CB Richard Ellis has appointed Razvan Iorgu as managing director for its Romanian office. Previously he was Chief Operation Officer with the company. He is taking over from Radu Lucianu. He joined the firm in 2001, and has extensive experience in various sectors of the real estate market.
