Canon and their partners presented, in an unconventional way, Canon’s cutting-edge solutions for hybrid working.

As part of the Canon CEE Hybrid Working Roadshow, which includes stops in Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, and Greece, the Canon Truck Show was in Timişoara and Bucharest for a few days. Canon and its partners showcased efficient working solutions for the office and remote locations.

Hybrid Working is here to stay

The past two years have thrown many challenges, and many businesses had to change how they work. Canon experts led visitors through each hub offering hands-on demonstrations of real-life working scenarios in different business departments like HR, Accounting, Finance, and print rooms.

The Office & co-working hub ensures employees the entire office experience, allowing them to seamlessly work and collaborate in the main office, as well as across satellite offices. For example, the HR employees can quickly access, revise, and print critical HR documents and share them with their co-workers across the entire organization.

The Home hub addresses the concern of ensuring secure and efficient work when an employee is not at his office desk.

For efficient remote working, it is crucial for employees to have full access to their data and to be able to easily interact with devices and digital information through the cloud. For example, the HR team can access employee records from home, making processing, signing, and sending contracts a seamless experience. This makes working from home more accessible and more efficient and ensures the same level of collaboration and data security.

The Mobile hub is an office extension for workers on the go, using mobile technology and portable hardware. For example, imagine a HR worker meeting the new employee outside the office. They can sign the contract on the spot, scan it with a portable scanner, and send a copy to the new employee while saving it to the new employee’s repository.

The In-house print hub demonstrates how to broaden capabilities in the professional print and hybrid working environment. Having an in-house print department is effective for cost-saving and convenience reasons. Yearly reports, educational materials, marketing collaterals and much more can be printed fast and at the best quality for the internal clientele.
