Austrian group CA Immo, one of the biggest office developers in Bucharest and owner of the biggest logistic park near the Romanian capital, collected rent worth EUR 30.4 million last year, a small drop compared to 2012 (EUR 30.6 million), according to the financial report released the company.
Revenue obtained in Romania represents only 10.8 percent of revenue in Poland, Hungary and Czech Republic. The Austrian company evaluated its Romanian properties at EUR 414.6 million (11.2 percent of CA Immo’s total portfolio in Eastern and Central Europe) which represents a EUR 3 million drop on the year.

The group owns properties for new projects, namely two office buildings and logistical space in Bucharest, as well as a property in Sibiu meant for the commercial center expansion. These properties are valued at EUR 31.3 million.
