A land administrated by the Romanian Television Company, on Pipera street, will be transferred to the public domain of the Bucharest City Hall for the construction of Metropolitan hospital, according to an emergency ordinance project published on the Ministry of Public Finance (MFP).
The value of the field of over 47,000 sqm reaches RON 14,022 and through the ordinance it will be changed to RON 75.1 million.
“The compensations for the investments will be supported by beneficiaries and paid in maximum 30 days since the enforcement date of the current emergency ordinance, to the Romanian Television Company. The amounts charged by the Romanian Television Company out of these compensations will be transferred to the budgets where they came from,” says the document.
The Bucharest City Hall began a project regarding the construction of the Metropolitan hospital. This hospital will have approximately 2,000 beds and the value of investments will reach EUR 300 million.
