BT Capital Partners, International Investment Bank extend collaboration opportunities to support Romanian capital market

BT Capital Partners (BTCP), the consulting and brokerage company of the Transilvania Bank Financial Group and International Investment Bank (IIB) started a strategic cooperation partnership to expand the collaboration between the two institutions and to continue cooperation in the field of capital markets.

The agreement was signed by Paul Prodan, President of the BTCP Administration Council and Denis Ivanov, vice-president of the IIB Administration Council.

The agreement was designed to develop the following areas: syndicated loans and interbank treasury operations, consulting and bank guarantees including the operations of export-import, setting up credit lines for SMEs, namely exchange of experience and financial expertise so that as many organizations as possible can implement the latest technologies.

This agreement continues the excellent collaboration with International Investment Bank to attract funding through the Bucharest Stock Exchange. We are confident the partnership will be a strong impulse to increase the degree of financial intermediation in Romania,” Paul Prodan, president of the Administration Council of BT Capital Partners.

The agreement formalizes our successful cooperation in the long term, with BT Capital Partners, which assists our bank for funding, at favourable costs, through the Bucharest Stock Exchange. I am certain that this partnership will contribute to the growth of the capital market and the economy in Romania,” Denis Ivanov, Deputy Chairman, Board of Directors of the International Investment Bank.
