Brand Connection, a media agency part of Lowe Group, has re-branded as Brand Programming Network (BPN).
Romania is the forth country, after India, Denmark and Poland, where BPN has established presence. By the end of the year, BPN will be present in 20 countries.
The BPN Romanian office will be led by Ileana Tomescu, as managing partner, and will run its operations on the local market under the umbrella of the Lowe group.
The Lowe group also comprises Lowe& Partners (creation), Initiative (media), HyperActive (digital communication), GolinHarris (PR), Medic One (medical communication) and Mobile Works (mobile marketing).
At the moment, BPN has ten employees but the team will grow as new projects appear.
According to Tomescu, Brand Connection and Initiative have positioned differently so far. “We addressed local medium-sized local clients who needed consultancy but oftem we offered integrated services, which also verged on PR and digital. Initiative was approaching international clients. But now we also wish to enter the first league,” she said.
This ambition includes boosting BPN’s turnover by 50-70 percent over the next two years. Last year, Brand Connection posted a turnover of EUR 4.6 million.
