Braila Mall continues upgrade program started at the beginning of the year

New Europe Property Investments (NEPI) has decided to expand and upgrade Braila Mall since the beginning of the year. As part of the expansion, the retailer Inditex will open three new stores in the commercial center.

 Moreover, LC Waikiki will open new stores in Braila Mall in the next period.

“This year has started a long process of commercial offer upgrade in Braila Mall because we want that the commercial center to be permanently aligned to the needs and lifestyle of our clients. The Inditex brands brought into the mall, as well as the many upgrade steps will consolidate the the position of the mall in the region, “ said Iuliu Bartha, Asset manager within NEPI.

The fashion gallery of the commercial center has currently a mixed structure of tenants, such as H&M, Deichmann, C&A, Musette, Poema, CCC, New Yorker, Hervis, Benvenuti. Moreover, this summer also the pharmacy chain Sensiblu joined the brands from the mall.

The modernization started with the Carrefour gallery upgrade and continued with the expansion of restaurants and entertainment area.

Overall, at the upgrade finalization, the mall will reach a surface of 56,907 sqm.
