Romanian lawfirm bpv Grigorescu Stefanica law firm developed the business guide “Doing Business in Romania 2012” in Chinese, as a tool dedicated to the Chinese investors in Romania. The guide was developed with the support of Beijing Rain Maker law firm.

The guide “summarizes the critical information for any Chinese investors interested in doing business in Romania, tackling most of the relevant and current legal aspects which can play a significant part in the decision-making process, in particular information in the areas of corporate law, labor relations, taxation, public procurements, energy and natural resources,” according to the press release of the firm.
