Bostina&Asociatii to advise on Oradea airport modernization

Law firm Bostina&Asociatii in consortium with Deloitte Consulting has signed a contract to provide legal and financial advisory services to develop a study on the modernization of Oradea airport. According to the contract, Deloitte Consulting will focus on financial and business details and Bostina&Asociatii on legal issues.

Bostina&Asociatii is involved in a number of major infrastructure improvements in Romania, including the modernization of Bacau airport, plus upgrading the Bucharest- Constanta railway, the Bucharest-Constanta highway and the Basarab passage in Bucharest.
