Bucharest Court upheld Blue Air and rejected claims made by Carpatair and Service Excelence, announced the airline operator.

In October last year, the Court admitted an request of the two companies which demanded that Blue Air to be declared insolvent based on the fact that the airline company had considerable debt, fact contested by Blue Air.

Carpatair filed in mid-March 2010 at Bucharest Court the case which required Blue Air insolvency because of a debt amounting to EUR 30,000, as a result of renting a SAAB 2000 aircraft to Blue Air, in September2009.

The low-cost operator, owned by businessman Nelu Iordache, operates more than 50 European routes in 14 states.
