Biris Goran advises on Publicis Groupe takeover of Publicis Romania

Biris Goran law firm is advising Publicis Groupe on the takeover of Publicis Romania, Focus Advertising, and Publicis Events. “The takeover of Publicis Groupe of the three local companies was a complex transaction, with ramifications in legal areas such as M&A and intellectual property,” said Dan Visoiu, partner with Biris Goran and coordinator of the team working on the Publicis Groupe project.

After negotiations that took two years, Publicis Group has reported the end of the first phase of the process: the integration of the three local companies Publicis Romania, Focus Advertising and Publicis Events.
