The second largest bank in Romania, Banca Transilvania, joined a two-day business innovation visit in Israel hosted by Visa, which resulted in a collaboration between the bank and Personetics, a company that offers AI-powered cognitive banking solutions that enable financial institutions to deliver personalised customer experiences across all digital channels.
Banca Transilvania has 2.2 million customers and more than 7,000 employees.
On February 13, Visa opened a new Innovation Studio in Tel Aviv, a co-creation space for Visa to work with Israeli fintechs to find the best solutions to integrate in its payments ecosystem.
The new Studio joins Visa’s global network of innovation centres and studios based in technology hotbeds, including Berlin, Dubai, London, Miami, New York City, San Francisco, San Paolo, Singapore, and Stockholm.
