After buying back Aviva Investors this September from British Group Aviva, Eugen Voicu, the company’s CEO, founder and currently majority shareholder presented this Monday his strategy for the new company. Thus, Aviva Investors rebrands into Certinvest, its original name, and announces plans to increase its assets by an annual 50 percent over the next three years. By this time, Voicu says Certinvest will manage assets worth RON 300 million.

Next year the company plans to launch a multi-family office (MFO) company, dedicated to ultra high net worth clients, a premiere on the Romanian market and to focus on online and mobile integrated services.

Voicu founded Certinvest in 1994 and sold it in December 2007 for a value which was kept confidential at that time but was estimated at around EUR 3 million.
