IT&C distributor Asesoft Distribution foresees it will take the value of its 2010 turnover up to USD 180 million. During the first half of this year, the company posted a turnover of USD 67.8 million, representing a 33 percent growth on a comparative basis on the first half of 2009.

Last year, Asesoft Distribution posted a total turnover of USD 140 million, which represented a 10 percent growth year-on-year while sales posted after the first half of last year amounted to USD 51 million.

The evolution of the company during this period was ‘beyond expectations’ after a difficult year 2009 when the company managed to position itself as the company with the largest turnover in the entire IT market in Romania, according to Razvan Ziemba, GM of Asesoft Distribution

This year the company will continue its investment strategy in order to consolidate its place on the market. The main segments where investments will be directed will be logistics, the IT system and human resources but Asesoft Distribution will also invest in expanding the range of products that it distributes. Since the beginning of the year, the company sealed contracts with new suppliers among which Belkin, HTC, Samsung, Sony Audio-Video and Sony Professional.
