Andreea Nemens will become the new general director of GMP Advertising starting May 1. Felix Tataru, the agency’s founder who held this job until now, will become the group’s president.

“For that I find essential to consolidate the agency’s culture around the common values. I believe it’s also vital to do things that bring value to the GMP clients, but also to us. It’s a purpose for every person from GMP to find more sense in what he or she does, because this way he or she invests in the soul and the result will be a profound one for him or her and for the public it addresses a certain campaign or for the client is proposes a solution to,” said Nemens.

Nemens was already coordinating the operational activity of the agency, more precisely the creative, strategy, client service, AV production and graphic design departments. In her new role, she will also handle the strategic and financial management and will ensure the agency’s representation on the market.

In his new position, Tataru will continue to ensure the integration of the services offered to the clients by the partner agencies.

„After seven years of GMP presence and 18 years after I founded the agency, Andreea becomes the company’s GM. It’s an important moment, prepared together in the last three years and I think that Andreea will bring new perspectives to the agency’s development in the use of our colleagues, clients and consumers. The context of the communication market involves integration between the genres. (…) Alongside the other leaders in the group, Ioana Manoiu, Laura Florea and Bogdan Nitu, Andreea Nemens will represent the advertising sector at the integrated communication table,” said Tataru.
