Ana-Maria Bogdan joins Grapefruit as managing director

Ana-Maria Bogdan joined Grapefruit as managing director and will lead the agency from the office in Bucharest.

 She has 12 years of experience in the marketing and digital domains in industries such as telecom, retail, banking, media & advertising.

 “Her professional experience adds to the managerial one, as Anda has shaped and led teams in three companies before. Her arrival will consolidate the extended team of Grapefruit, will bring an excellent understanding of the clients’ perspective in relation to the agency and will help us grow our expertise in digital and marketing,” says Stefan Liute, strategy manager and co-founder of Grapefruit.

 Ana-Maria Bogdan started her career in the year 2000 in Ogilvy Interactive, and then worked in companies such as Zapp/Telemobil, Altex, Kanal D and ING. The last position she held before joining Grapefruit was internet channel development manager in ING, being in charge with developing the online business strategy of the bank.

 She graduated from an executive MBA at the University of Sheffield and two master’s programs in communication and public relations. Since 2006, she has been a member in the managing board of IAB Romania.
