Amoma, one the biggest gobal online tourist reservations platforms will move its Bucharest headquarters to a new 2,300 square meters space in Globalworth Plaza. The deal was intermediated by real estate consultancy company Cushman&Wakefield Echinox.
The platform has its main headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.In Romania it employs around 400 staff that provides support to clients in English, French, Spanish and Italian, among other. Moreover, Bucharest also hosts Amoma’s development center.
The new headquarters, located at the 2nd and 3rd floors also features a 1,000 square meters terrace. Additionally, Amoma reserved another floor in the building owned by Globalworth group, the biggest owner of business office spaces, as it plans to expand its Bucharest team to 600 staff.
„Lately, the employer’s headquarters have become a very important factor for potential employees. Moreover, the better location in terms of access to subway/central area, plays a role în employee retention, and the retention process is at least as important as the hiring process,” Mihaela Moldovan, Amoma general manager said. „We decided to invest în a new headquarters to meet the need of our employees to better balance work and private life and to facilitate the recruitment process of our future employees,” she added.
