Agricola Bacau has spent EUR 100,000 on a new chicken meat product, with a new packaging. According to the company, the new product launch targets urban consumers, who want to spend less time on pre-cooking activities. Agricola Bacau aims to increase its chicken meat sales in supermarkets, hypermarkets, cash& caryy and dicounters networks this year to 53 percent this year as opposed to 42 percent in 2009.
