Adria Airways, the airline operator from Slovenia, has launched flights on Bucharest-Ljubljana, two flights/week. Starting June 4, there will be two additional flights/week.

“We are glad to be for the first time at Bucharest and to open the summer season with two flights/week; we’ll reach afterwards a frequency of four flights/week. Bucharest is one of the most important destinations for Adria Airways,” says Christian Schneider, a representative of Adria Airways.

On the International Airport Henri Coanda Bucharest currently are operating 41 airline companies, which transport passengers to 152 destinations.

The National Company Airports Bucharest started the activity on February 5, 2010 and ensures the operational coordination and the management of the two airports of Bucharest.
