ADC*RO: These were the most creative ads/ideas in October

Newsroom 07/11/2017 | 16:17

The first place in ADC*RO’s October creativity top is occupied by Jazz’s ingenious initiative of creating a consciousness test. The material, that is part of the Provident’s responsible credit campaign, launched the question “How many people are reading the details that the financial institution are putting in commercials?” – and the answer came shortly after: 1 in 7.7 million Romanians. The creative minds that lead to finding this answer are:  Mihai Stoica & Maria Guseth (Art Directors) and Miruna Dumitrescu & George Bucurescu (Copywriters).

“We’ve appreciated the fact that the execution of the Consciousness Test was simple and clean, started from a problem addressed in many shapes and forms previously, especially in the financial products’ category, “the small print”.  Especially because it’s about a promotion (that by its essence knows to “scream” as bigger and as bold as possible), covered in its own disclaimer. I hope that the reveal will reach all those 7.7 million Romanians as well, the ones that the next time, in the hunt for guaranteed prizes will receive at least the information they need,” said Diana Papuc, Freelance Art Director & ADC Romania member.

Second place went to UM Studios with “Prelungește Vara” (Prolong the summer), a campaign implemented for KFC. The initiative that asks you to keep Fuego busy and through which the Krushers products will remain a longer period of time in the KFC restaurants has behind it Adela Dan – Head of Content and Ioana Dinu – Copywriter.

Third place was occupied by McCann Worldgroup Romania for Vodafone – Race Ready: an idea that bring technology to the altitude, through latest generation experiences. The team that worked on the project was formed of Daniel Strugariu, Senior Art Director and Ruxandra Papuc, Copywriter.

The accolades go to:

  • Momentum EMC / MCCANN WORLDGROUP ROMANIAwith: “Bar of the world”, local top spin, as part of the campaign “There is more behind the star” for Heineken, done by Ramon Gorjanu-Radu (Senior Art Director), Javier Gelpi (Senior Copywriter) and Alecsandra Popa (Copywriter);
  • St. Brendanand “Numa’ bere craft” (Only craft beer) for Klausen Burger. The materials are signed by Alex Malaescu (Art Director) and Andy Daniluc (Copywriter);
  • Gavrila & Asociatii for Entrance, whom project – Entrance Peep Show– was created by Alina Gavrila-Bortun & Julien Britnic.
