85 percent of first phase of Belvedere Residences already sold

A share of 85 percent of the first phase of Belvedere Residences was contracted at the launch of the project. The first phase will include 238 apartments and will be finalized at beginning next year.

Projected to include over 1,500 apartments, Belvedere Residences is a large scale residential project located in the vicinity of the Aviatiei-Barbu Vacarescu neighborhood, the most dynamic area north of Bucharest, on Fabrica de Glucoza Street.

“The results recorded in the first 7 months since the launch of the project are coming as a confirmation of the clients’ interest for properties in the northern area of the capital, namely in the vicinity of the Aviatiei -Barbu Vacarescu neighbourhood, an area that experienced a solid development on the office spaces segment in the past years,” Elena Lavric, Belvedere Residences administrator.

Coldwell Banker Romania advised Belvedere Residences since the project phase and is the main sales agent for the project. The general developer of the Belvedere Residences project is Bog’ Art.
