Xerox appoints Manuela Son as regional HR & learning and development manager

Starting this month, Manuela Son has joined Xerox as HR manager, Central Eastern Europe distributor group & learning and development manager for Middle East and Africa. She will be in charge with HR, training and development for the Middle East & Africa.

She has been working for 7 years in human resources, covering training and development, compensations and benefits, organizational climate, labor law and budgets. She has experience in consultancy and HR departments in various companies.

She studied psychology and has a master’s degree in human resources and communications from the Bucharest University. She also attended training programs on sales, finances, HR law and management.
